Honduras Medical Trip

Overview

Dates: June 11-19, 2010

Team Leaders: Robert and Fonda Cassidy

Ministry Opportunity: Participate in 5 day-long clinics in various villages in Honduras. Clinics will be held in local UB churches.

Team Size: 14-16 Adults Special Skills: Nurses, Doctors, Physical Therapists, EMTs, Physician Assistants plus support personnel to work as assistants in pharmacy.

Cost: $1600 per person

Once again this summer, Global Ministries will sponsor a medical mission trip to Honduras. The team leaders are Robert and Fonda Cassidy (right), from the Mt. Olivet UB church in Mt. Solon, Va. They also led the 2009 Honduras trip.

This trip is filling rapidly. The special needs are: doctors, nurses, EMTs, and physical therapists.

All team members are required to fill out a Short-Term Ministry Application Form which can be obtained in these ways:

Completed application forms with all information as well as a recent photograph of the applicant should be returned to Global Ministries no later than 12 weeks prior to the departure of any trip.
