Mexico Projects

VBS 2009 in Mexico

Here in the US, many children will be blessed with the experience of Vacation Bible School. Most children in Mexico have never had this opportunity. Camperships are $20 per child. This year, Valle UB is expecting over 700 kids!

Needed: $20 per child for as many children as possible

Adonai Ministry located in Zacapu

This church of approximately 60 members is led by Rev. Heriberto Juarez who also serves on the Mexican National Conference Board and is
Regional Director of the District of Michoacan. The people of the church have already purchased a property and laid the foundation for a church building to serve the community and their outreach to the Tarazcos Indians of the area. They now need assistance to finish the project with walls, ceiling, floors, electricity, plumbing, windows and doors.

Needed: $10,000 to complete the building by the end of 2009

Queretaro Church

Queretaro is a city located approximately two hours north of Mexico City with a population of 700 thousand people. This church currently has an average attendance of 50 people and they are led by Pastor Anacleto Segura and his wife Estolia Segura. They need to buy the property where they have a temporary building so they can construct a permanent church which will hold 350 people. This will cost $13,000. Mexico Conference plans to raise half of this amount and has asked for help in raising the remaining half.

Needed: $6,500 to purchase land and construct a new building
