In recent years, Global Ministries has participated in an outreach to AIDS infected children. The outreach has grown in recent weeks from seven children to twenty four. Each of these children will eventually die of AIDS. We want to help them be cared for and shown Christ’s mercy until that time. One great concern is having sufficient antiretroviral drugs for children in need. These drugs help reduce suffering in these children’s lives in their last days. The cost of these drugs has risen dramatically, and it now requires $80 a month per child. Twenty-five children are currently in need. Would you like to assist in this situation? Evangelistic training for Christian Workers
Plans continue for two institutes to be held each year, one in the south and one in the north. Global Ministries would be excited to see God’s people in United Brethren churches help fund these training opportunities.
