The Church of the United Brethren in Christ has had a presence in the province of Ontario since the 1820s. At the present time there are eleven churches in the Canadian Conference. The most recent church plant was in the town of Port Colborne, called Port-of-Grace.

Brian Magnus serves as the Bishop of the Canadian Conference. The United States Conference and the Canadian Conference have a joint-ministry agreement which enables the two countries to work together in the area of missions. The Global Ministries Leadership Team includes two members from Canada.
